Meet Stef,

a passionate advocate for movement, wellness, and health, whose transformative journey began in 2019.

Motivated by a desire for positive change in her life, Stef uncovered the profound impact of mindful movement on both body and mind. Her exploration led her to embrace yoga and Pilates, two disciplines that have profoundly transformed her life from the inside out.

Stef embarked on her yogic journey with passion and authenticity, completing a 200-hour teacher training in 2021 and further expanding her knowledge with a comprehensive 300-hour training in 2023. Tapping into the comfort and strength yoga has given her, she loves sharing its gentle yet powerful effects, guiding others on a path of self-growth, inner balance, and discovery.

When Stef encountered Pilates, she realised how it offered a powerful complement to her practice through its focus on core strength, alignment, and precision exercises that enhance both physical and mental well-being.

Stef believes that, just like the Yin and the Yang, the synergy between yoga and Pilates offers the perfect balance. ☯

She is excited to share her approach with her growing community, helping everyone evolve into their best selves with motivation, positivity, and a welcoming, peaceful space where all are embraced.

Movement and mindfulness have changed my life, and I’m all about creating opportunities for people to experience the benefits of Yoga and Pilates in all kinds of settings!

Here’s what I’m up to these days:

✨ I teach two weekly yoga classes in Hackbridge, Wallington, on Mondays and Saturdays. I’m so proud of the lovely community of yogis I’ve been creating in my local area. It’s a joy to evolve together.

✨ I lead calming yoga and mindfulness sessions for the wonderful residents of Brio Button House (senior citizens). This inspires me every time. Feeling good in our bodies and minds has no age limit!

✨ On Thursdays, you’ll find me teaching pregnancy Pilates at BusyLizzy Club in Balham, helping mums-to-be stay active, strong, and supported during this special time.

🌼 Over the years, I’ve taught everything from corporate yoga, yoga for pregnancy and puppy yoga to pilates, yogalates, and meditation—both in-person and online. I also love stepping in to cover yoga and pilates classes at studios and gyms across London.
